The Shopper Sciences Credential Program is designed to equip both students and professionals with the critical skills and insights necessary to succeed in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail industries. The program is divided into three specialized areas, each offering focused credentials that build practical expertise.
Completion Requirements:
Participants will earn a Digital Badge after successfully completing the required credentials in each area. The program offers flexibility, allowing learners to start at different levels depending on their prior knowledge and experience, which is assessed through pre-tests.

Assessment: Each Microcredential skill area includes proficiency activities and assessments, structured to validate the learner’s competence at Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. Learners must achieve an 80% or higher score on assessments to earn their badges and certificates.
